Shipping policy

ORDERING AND SHIPPING

All orders received no later than 5:00 PM CST will require 24-48 hours (business days) for processing and packing at our warehouse before being shipped. Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on weather (please see more info below). We ship via USPS (domestically) and DHL (internationally).

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays).

We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.

EXTREME WEATHER
If we notice extreme temperatures around the country we will hold your order until temperatures normalize.
